How do you practice self-care in times of widespread instability and crisis? How do you show up for the world without letting its weight consume you?
This gentle workshop explores self-care not as escape or indulgence, but as a vital practice for those who want to remain engaged, compassionate, and effective in a world facing deep challenges. It invites participants to reframe self-care as a foundation for meaningful action—one that supports clarity, resilience, and sustained presence rather than burnout or withdrawal.
Through accessible breathing practices, nervous system awareness, and attunement to one’s purpose, participants will learn how to tend to their inner resources while staying connected to what matters most. By cultivating steadiness and self-regulation, we create the capacity to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively, and to contribute to change without sacrificing our well-being. This workshop offers practical tools for anyone seeking to care for themselves in ways that strengthen—not diminish—their ability to show up for others and help improve the world.
It includes mini-readings at the end tailored to each person’s unique energy field, offering specific guidance for how you can best care for yourself and others.
