Tai Chi Chuan is an internal martial art, focused on the cultivation of energy within the body. It improves flexibility of mind and body, aids in the prevention of and recovery from injury, and gives you the internal resources necessary to overcome stress and live your best life.

Every class will feature a 15 minute gentle though intensive warm up, followed by training the Tai Chi form with a focus on specific physical and mental aspects of its movement.

Learn:

• How your body naturally wants and needs to move to prevent injury, regain health, build muscle, and improve flexibility.

• How to move from the center both physically and mentally so that you carry all of your will into your choices and become more efficient and effective in daily life.

• The difference between what you think and what you do, and how to narrow the gap so that you experience on a daily basis the life you want to live.

Tai Chi is known for its health benefits, and is safe for (and can help) people with injuries, arthritis, or those recovering from surgery.
